Modesta Real Estate will attend MIPIM 2026

Modesta Real Estate returns to MIPIM in Cannes this year. Managing Partner Sebastian Scheufele, SIOR, will be there together with Filip Kralovic (Partner Modesta Real Estate Slovakia).

The two will use the trade fair to engage in direct dialogue with international investors, project developers, and industry experts to discuss current market trends and developments in the sector.

With over 25,000 participants from more than 90 countries, MIPIM remains one of the most important meeting places in the real estate world. This year's program addresses the technological dynamics of the market with the new format From Bits to Bricks – Data Center Summit, where AI-driven demand is the focus of discussions.

The fair also provides a stage for prominent voices from business and politics. Among others, Wei Li, Global Chief Investment Strategist at BlackRock, the Mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, and Colette Roche, Chief Operating Officer of Manchester United Football Club, will share their perspectives on global strategies and the transformation of urban spaces. In addition to these insights, topics such as decarbonization and current market developments will form the core of numerous specialist presentations and networking events.
