New office space for Merkur Excellence at Wien Mitte

Modesta Real Estate has successfully let approx. 300 m² of office space at Marxergasse 4, 1030 Vienna, to Merkur Excellence GmbH, a subsidiary of Merkur Group.

The new location sits directly at the Wien Mitte transport hub, offering one of the best-connected addresses in the city: the U3 and U4 metro lines, the S-Bahn and the City Airport Train to Vienna Airport are all within walking distance. The modern office space in Vienna's 3rd district thus combines a central inner-city location with short commutes for staff and clients — ideal conditions for the company's continued growth.
