The approximately 24,000 m2 "Bauplatz Plaza" at Siemensstrasse 88 is located directly adjacent to the Siemens AG headquarters "Siemens City Vienna" in the 21st district. It was recently sold to the investor Dr. Anton Bondi de Antoni through a structured bidding process. A total of three buildings are planned on the site, including an office building and a hotel and accommodation facility.
