Modesta Real Estate advises Marsh and Mercer in the Millennium Tower

Vienna - Modesta Real Estate successfully supported the two subsidiaries of the Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC) in the renegotiation of their existing lease in the Millennium Tower.  

MMC is a leading global provider of professional consulting services in the areas of risk, strategy and human resources. The two subsidiaries of the global services company currently occupy two floors, with a total office space of 1,300 m2 in one of the most prominent office towers on the Viennese skyline.
