Modesta Real Estate at EXPO REAL 2026

From October 5 to 7, 2026, the Modesta Real Estate team was once again represented at EXPO REAL in Munich. The three days of the trade show were dedicated to face-to-face exchanges, global networking, and the latest developments in the real estate industry.

At the Savills booth A1.230, Managing Partners Andreas Polak-Evans and Sebastian Scheufele met with international industry contacts and business partners. The event provided an ideal platform to strengthen existing relationships, forge new connections, and discuss market trends and investment opportunities.

In addition to the discussions at the booth, the extensive conference program also provided numerous insights. The focus was particularly on the key topics of geopolitics, infrastructure, and transformation. Renowned speakers such as Wolfgang Ischinger, Prof. Dr. Moritz Schularick, and Gertrud Rosa Traud offered insights into global political and economic trends.

With its new InfrastructureNow section, EXPO REAL also turned the spotlight on investable infrastructure. Future-oriented topics such as artificial intelligence, digitalization, decarbonization and smart buildings also shaped the program and opened up exciting perspectives.
