Modesta Real Estate brokers 315 m² of warehouse and office space at Flexiparks Vienna North

Vienna/Stockerau – Nerostein, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of stone worktops, is set to move into Unit C6 at the Business Park in the north of Vienna in September 2026.

Modesta Real Estate has arranged for Nerostein to take up a total area of around 315 m² at Flexiparks Wien Nord. Unit C6 comprises approximately 265 m² of production space and approximately 50 m² of office space on the mezzanine. The move-in is scheduled for September 2026.

Founded in 2015, the company has developed into one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of stone worktops within just a few years and supplies clients including IKEA, Nobia, EPOQ, Power and XXXLutz. With its new location in Vienna North, Nerostein is strengthening its presence in the Austrian market and creating a combined warehouse and office solution at a site with excellent transport links.
