Modesta Real Estate brokers 5,000 m² to Jugend am Werk

With the support of Modesta Real Estate, the association “Jugend am Werk” recently concluded a long-term lease agreement for around 5,000 m2 of warehouse, production and office space in Vienna's 21st district. The non-profit association provides social services for young people and young adults and will use the site as an apprentice training workshop for handicraft professions in future.

The site is located in a prime location in the 21st district in the middle of an established business area. It is only a few minutes' walk from the Vienna Strebersdorf train station and in the immediate vicinity of the A22 highway, which ensures excellent accessibility by both public and private transport. The company premises consist of two independently usable buildings, each of which has warehouse, production and office space. The hall areas are equipped with sectional doors and docking ramps and enable varied use. There are also sufficient parking spaces for members, employees and supervisors.
