Modesta Real Estate brokes Unit D5 at Flexiparks Vienna North to David Lengauer

Modesta Real Estate has brokered a total of around 470 m² at Flexiparks Wien Nord to David Lengauer. Unit D5 comprises approx. 370 m² of warehouse space, approx. 50 m² of office space and approx. 50 m² of mezzanine storage.

David Lengauer is one of Austria's first fitness creators. In 2018 he won the Austrian Video Award in the "Sport" category. He has since founded his own publishing house and written four fitness books. He is also widely known for his appearances on Puls 4, "Koch mit Oliver", at FIBO and at the Red Bull 400. The new location gives Outtype Studios a flexible storage and shipping solution with short distances and room for further growth.
