Modesta Real Estate exclusively mediates new office space for Sony Music

Modesta Real Estate, in cooperation with EHL, has brokered a modern office space to Sony Music Austria. The approximately 300 m² unit is located in one of the most attractive areas of Vienna’s 4th district and offers an inspiring work environment for the internationally active music company. The office is scheduled for occupancy in September 2025.

With the new location in Vienna, Sony Music strengthens its local presence and invests in a future-oriented work environment for its employees.

For this project, the choice fell on a high-quality office space in a central location of Vienna’s 4th district, featuring a modern equipment concept and a special feel-good factor. The space on the first floor offers floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the rooms with natural light, an open layout for flexible use concepts, modern ceiling cooling, and a new kitchenette. A particular highlight is the possibility to use the quiet garden in the courtyard.
