Modesta Real Estate mediates to SLOVAKIA TRAVEL

Bratislava - With the support of Modesta Real Estate, the national tourism organization "SLOVAKIA TRAVEL" will soon be moving into a new, representative office space in Bratislava's city centre. The state institution for the promotion of tourism in Slovakia will be provided with 1,300 sqm of modern office space as well as 100 sqm of retail space since March 2023.

The Europeum Business Centre with the Office space over 10.000 sqm were rented to SLOVAKIA TRAVEL office space divided into two floors. The A-class building scores not only with its prestigious and well-connected location directly opposite the Palais Grassalkovich (Presidential Palace), but also with its high-quality and state-of-the-art facilities.

For the national tourist agency organization, which is part of the Ministry of Transport, the rented office space within the multifunctional business centre was completely refurbished and furnished according to the client's needs and requirements. 

"For SLOVAKIA TRAVEL, it was particularly important to offer their customers visible and easily approachable location close to the city centre as well as well accessible location for their employees. The Europeum meets all these requirements within a flexible multi-use concept featuring high equipment standards for a reasonable price, which was very important," says Lucia Agrikolová (Associate Director- Modesta Real Estate Slovakia).
