Modesta Real Estate has successfully placed the VALI Installations- und Gebäudetechnik GmbH in an approx. 300 m² warehouse in Brunn am Gebirge. The company, specialized in high-quality installation and building technology services, is strengthening its regional presence and creating optimal conditions for further growth with the new location.
