Modesta Real Estate secures new headquarters for Propel Industrial near the Vienna State Opera

Modesta Real Estate has successfully facilitated the leasing of an exclusive office space in Vienna’s 1st district to Propel Industrial. Due to the company’s continued growth, an expansion of its office presence in Vienna became necessary.

The new office location stands out in particular due to its prime position in close proximity to the Vienna State Opera. The representative premises offer ideal conditions for the team thanks to their efficient layout.
